Philly, yer not safe! Pirates of the Delaware staged an epic sea power battle today as part o’ the Seaport Fest and ITLAPD.
Check out super-cute pirate Chris Simmons of the tall ship Gazela (aka Captain Black Dread. I wonder if that’s his real hair?)
